📋 Instructions for Registration

Sign in as your NDUB student email (yourname@student.ndub.edu.bd).
After verification, the registration form will appear.
Fill in all the fields carefully with correct information.
Upload a recent passport-size photo in the "Upload Photo" box.
Upload your signature in the "Applicant Signature" section. [Optional]
Check the declaration box before submitting the form.
Once submitted, your filled form will automatically download as a PDF with your Student ID and be stored in the club database.
The club admin will review your application and generate your Club ID Card.
